Belinda is the Chief Executive Officer of Footprint, who offers a platform of DIY digital tools and resources built on solid financial planning and management principles. Footprints mission is to lift the financial preparedness of New Zealanders and help protect families from unnecessary hardship.

Belinda chose to join Footprint because she felt it was essential to educate people on why Wills and financial planning is so important. She also wants to reinforce the message that all Employers and Advisers have a role to play when it comes to educating and enabling their employees and customers towards financial wellness.

Prior to Footprint Belinda held a senior leadership role leading an operations team of 6 leaders and 65+ indirect reports and has a track record of driving transformation and growth.

Belinda was born in South Africa and moved to New Zealand in 2008 to start her life in this beautiful country. Having met her South African husband in New Zealand and having a kiwi son, they are always found to be having a braai (bbq) on weekends.

With a career spanning 17 years within the corporate sector including 11 years at one of NZ's largest insurance companies, Jo has worked in various roles leading teams who deliver outstanding achievements for customers, advisers and the organisation. Jo has also led and implemented key business projects including a dedicated focus on health and wellbeing.

Some of Jo's strongest attributes is how she creates a compelling vision, with true purpose and grows capability and engagement of others through effective relationship building. With her extensive experience in the financial sector and her passion for helping others she is the ideal person to help New Zealanders improve their financial wellbeing.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Jo moved to Aotearoa in 2002. On the weekend, if Jo isn't adding to her plant collection, you will find her running around after her 3 boys and going on adventures to find pirates.

What's your dream travel location?
Bora Bora or Maldives scuba diving and staying in a chalet over the sea.

What inspires you most in life?
My children, they make me want to be a better person daily.

What matters most to you in life?
To have a happy family, cherish every memory and bring up my boys to be respectful, happy and kind gentleman.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
Paramedic. To have the skill to save a person's life and all the medical knowledge was my dream.

With Leanne leading the office, we know we are in strong capable hands. Her 30 years in administration paired with a healthy obsession to get the job done right, makes her a prime asset to the Footprint team. Leanne is one of our main professional Will drafters. She reads every request to ensure your wishes are properly drafted into a legal document. Leanne's technical and industry knowledge combined with her eye for detail means you can be assured your Will is being looked at with a fine tooth comb.

Married and mother of two, Leanne loves living a balanced lifestyle. Outside of her 4 day work week you'll find her at a good kick boxing session or a Zumba class. With Leanne in the office you're sure to have a good day because she's always keen for yarns and good banter.

Any Whittakers chocolate bar.

What's your dream travel location?
Staying in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora.

On a Saturday afternoon you'll find me ...
Sharing numerous bottles of chilled sauvignon blanc over lunch with good mates.

Saskia's experience in customer service and account management spans over a decade, during which she has worked across various sectors. Her focus has always been on ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships based on loyalty.

Saskia's passion for customer service was ignited early on in her career, when she worked as a waitress. Since then, she has dedicated herself to making sure that customers receive the best possible outcomes and experiences. Saskia is eager to collaborate with her colleagues and our Footprint partners to ensure that customers are fully informed about the company's offerings and how they can benefit their lives.

When not at work, you will find Saskia balancing running around her two boys, watering her many plants and feeding her 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 3 ducks and 2 tropical fish tanks.

On a Saturday afternoon you'll find me...
Winding down from kids' sports, cooking a meal with my husband and sometimes with a drink in hand, and always with a pet around.

What matters most to you in life?
My children, making sure I can give them a well-balanced mum so they can be well balanced humans when they get out into the world.
